The 8 days in Wales includes 2 and half full days of cookery training by top chefs, several incredible meals and plenty of spare days to explore the countryside and towns at your leisure. It also includes a vineyard tour for wine lovers!

Wales Food Lovers Tour Itinerary


Day 1: Snowdonia

Transfer to your Conwy/Snowdonia area accommodation (Pick up available from various railway stations or Manchester & Liverpool Airports and Holyhead Ferry Terminal)

Day 2-3: Bodnant Food Centre, Conwy

Arrive at Bodnant Food Centre in Conwy – 2 hour cookery demonstration with lunch. Following lunch you will then go to visit Conwy town including walking on the town walls, and visiting the castle before returning to the hotel. On Day 3 you will experience a full day cookery class at the Bodnant Food Centre.

Day 4: Free day

Today you will have the day free to explore the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. There are also options to take a trip on the Snowdon Mountain Railway option or the Welsh Highland Steam railway and the options to visit Caernarfon castle. You will then travel south to your overnight accommodation in Corwen(Tyddyn Llan).

Day 5: One day cookery school

Today you will experinece a one day cookery course with one of Wales' finests chefs; Michelin starred chef Bryan Webb at Tyddyn Llan so there will be plenty of time to perfect your skills and learn new techniques. Overnight you will stay in in Corwen(Tyddyn Llan).

Day 6: Free day

We recommend exploring the Berwyn Mountains or taking a walk around Bala Lake. Alternatively you could visit the English town of Shrewsbury just over the border for some shopping and a walk around the historic town on route to your next overnight location of Montgomery.

Day 7: Powis Castle and Vineyard

Visit Powis castle followed by a vineyard tour and wine tasting at Kerry Vale Vineyard. Overnight in Montgomery.

Day 8: Final day
