What's it all about?


Visit a number of famous locations of the early ministry of George Fox including Mansfield Woodhouse, where he was put in the stocks, and Tickhill where he was assaulted by the parson and caused a riot in the church. Tickhill was also the home of Richard Farnworth, a significant early Quaker preacher. Ollerton was the original home of Elizabeth Hooton, the great early Quaker woman preacher and traveller.
