England's Heritage celebrates in style

2014 marks Warwick Castle's 1100 year anniversary and also the 450th anniversary of William Shakespeare's birth.

In Stratford-upon-Avon you can visit the 3 Shakespeare houses situated in the centre including his Birthplace which has a brand new exhibition opening in March, and the nearby Nash's house and Hall's Croft. Then further out is Anne Hathaway's cottage and Mary Arden's Farm. We can offer guided walking tours of the town or you may wish to take a boat trip along the river; and a trip to Stratford is not complete until you've seen a performance at one of the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre. You can even take a backstage tour and go up the tower for great views over the town.

Warwick CastleWarwick Castle
Just up the road in Warwick the ever popular castle offers a vibrant experience where you will be able to visit great halls, towers, dungeons as they would have looked at different times in history with historically dressed characters ready to tell you about the history in each room. Outside the castle the Trebuchet - a colossal catapult is an authentic recreation of one of the biggest and most deadly military machines of all time. There are also daily shows throughout the year.

This year though, you can take this unique experience even further with exclusive Medieval Entertinament and Private Banquets this summer, guests will then camp in the very shadow of the castle in a medieval style tent. This unique overnight experience is perfect for families who want to create incredible unique memories by spending a night in Medieval Britain through a night that will be remembered forever.
